Where this started
From June 2013 to December 2017, I owned and ran Artisan Field Services, a property inspection business handling upwards of 3,000 inspections a month. At its peak I had 9 independent contractors working for me at once — 21 total over those years — and I built the internal software we used to manage the workload.

The shift to Teles Apps
In 2018 I founded Teles Apps, and for the last 8 years I've built and led technical work for businesses ranging from funded startups to small, local companies — as a hands-on developer, a technical lead, and now increasingly as a fractional CTO and project manager.
